Baltimore Harbor

@ the Harbor

A portable DVD player does not help kids get to sleep on a long trip. When the wife works 12 hours before leaving for Balitmore - you can expect a zero patience level. Always, follow the directions given from google. Going 80 on interstate 95 is the min. speed limit no matter what is posted. A 5 year old does not believe that 5 inches of glass prevents a shark from coming through. A 3 year old however, could care less and would rather be riding on the escalator or elevator. Finally, the 3 year old has learned that sticking a crayon in the nose is never a good idea.

CL2

I love everything Google. I have asked and prayed for an awesome online calendar and it seems my prayers have been answered. Looks like Google is getting ready (at some point) to release an online calendar called CL2.

Thanks Google!!

I Love it when my Son has a Birthday

I love it when it's birthday time for my sons. It means a new toy in the house. The older he gets the more I like the toys. This year its the Nintendo DS and some really cool games (A few other things too - but this is the hot item). This will make the car ride to Baltimore Harbor this weekend real interesting. 2 Sons + 1 Nintendo = A Screaming Fit!! Thankfully, we also recently purchased a portable DVD player (Which Target has on Sale for cheap). It was really for our Florida trip this summer - but thought it would come in real handy for the 3 hour drive this weekend.

Happy Birthday Buddy!!

"What The"

My 4 year old son loves to curse. Okay, not really - thank goodness. But he does enjoy informing me of what other kids say at school. It usually goes like this:
Hey Dad, (kid name) said (bad word) at School. That's a bad word, right Daddy.

And then I follow it up with -- While biting my cheek so not to laugh --

That's right, that is a bad word -- we don't use that word do we?

No Dad we don't say (bad word).
